Everything in the store is a digital download. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return.

The thirty day keep everything guarantee

If a set does not help you, write within 30 days of your order through the contact page or to connect@solomonnights.com, and the full price is refunded. You keep the files. No questions, no forms beyond your order number.

Cancelling an order in the European Union

If you are in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Because every set is delivered immediately after checkout, you are asked at purchase to consent to immediate delivery. Whether or not that affects your statutory right, our own guarantee stands above it: cancel through the contact page, choose the cancel option, give your order number, and the refund is made within 14 days of your request.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method used at checkout, in the currency you paid, normally within 5 to 10 working days of being issued.
